  • What is the difference between RTM and TXM?
    Essentially none. Both terms are used to describe emails that are sent immediately to a single recipient, following an action initiated by that recipient. Both types can ignore opt-in and both types should contain information relevant only to the translaction that triggered them.

  • How long does it take for the email to reach the recipient?
    An average delivery time of under two seconds is standard.

  • Can larger emails take longer to deliver?
    Yes. Large emails,  and those containing many fields and conditions, may take longer to generate and launch, though the difference can be measured in a few seconds. Additionally, images may take longer to download, based on the contend delivery network (CDN) you use.
